Ro?ata, rozata, ro?ada or rozada (pronounced [r??a:ta]) is a Croatian custard pudding from the Dubrovnik region that is similar to flan and crème brûlée.
Its name come from the Dubrovnik liqueur rozalin (rose liqueur), which gives the cake its aroma. Modern variations include vanilla and other types of aroma extracts, but these versions should not be named rozata.
